COBRAS Export for Connection 8.6 . Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel

I am trying to export message from Unity Conn 8.6 to test PC but everytime I get the following errors. I am  using administrator account (with voicmail box) as per attached document but stil no joy. Also tried with CUMI. Any solution to the problem

Test PC info :

Windows 7 64 bit

COBRAS version 8.0.76

Is TLS enabled on SMT configuration, to check and disable:

1. Go to the SMTP Configuration section of the System Settings on the Cisco Unity Connection Admin page
2. On the Server page, check Allow Connections from Untrusted IP Addresses.
3. Choose Disabled for the Transport Layer Security from Untrusted IP Addresses, and save your changes.

I have tired this option amd still it displays the same error “ Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel”
