Hi everyone

I have a CUCM with PSTN/GSM connection.

I want to allow one extension to call only 2 specific numbers only.

This extension must call those numbers in case there is an problem at the office only.

How can I achieve it, an idea?

Regards

Make TWO route pattern with exact match and put them in a Partition. On  the phone assign Calling search space which has access to only this partition.

Lets assume that phone A can  dial only 990280165 and 94301628

Create Partition:- P_ONLyMOBILE

Create Calling search space:- CSS_ONLYMOBILE, assign partition P_ONLyMOBILE

Create Route PATTERN:- 990280165 In partition  P_ONLyMOBILE

                                        94301628 in partition  P_ONLyMOBILE

Phone A-- Assign calling search space  CSS_ONLYMOBILE

Just as @Nithin Eluvathingal wrote you control this by calling search space that has access to only partition(s) that has the route patterns required for the called numbers that you want to allow.

To make it easier for the user of the phone I would recommend you to create two speed dials on the phone for them to just press a button to make the call to the individual numbers.
