I would like to create a system that plays a Personal Recording before forwarding the call to Hunt pilot.
Scenario:
There are 2 extensions in hunt group- 1889 and 1890.
For incoming calls, there should be a personal recording, then it should forward to the hunt group.
Please help me to achieve this.

As a side note apart from other excellent suggestions and if your requirement is limited, you can enable call queuing and under MoH source, set 'Initial Announcement Played' to 'Always'. Doing so, all calls will be played respective announcement before call being placed to hunt group member.

In this case, I just need to set a welcome message "Welcome to ABCD".
For that should I configure call handler in Cisco Unity Connection.

Yeah you can use Unity to do this and have the call transferred back to the hunt pilot once the greeting has finished.

Would you please explain the steps.
Should I change the extensions to other numbers?
Incoming call comes to 1889. So should I assign the greeting to DN 1889 in CUC..?
It would be helpful if you explain with an example.

Login to CUC and navigate to Call Management > System Call Handler
Create a call handler using 1899 as the extension number. Within the new call handler, navigate to Edit > Greetings and click on the standard greeting. At the very bottom, you can Record your own custom greeting.
Then navigate to Edit > Transfer rules, click on the Standard rule and change the transfer to the Hunt Pilot number.
Save this and then navigate to Call Management > Call Routing > Direct Routing Rules and create a new rule. Select to send the call to the new call handler you created earlier and create a routing call condition which lists the calling number IN as 1889.
Save this, go into CUCM and forward all the calls for Ext 1899 to Voicemail.
