is the phone number of this user not showing in the end user page or in the Active Directory?

send screenshot of the Telephone setting of  this user  in Active

Thank you for your answer , the phone number of this user not showing in the end user page .

Best regards

Does the user account in AD of this user in CM have the fields in AD used for telephone numbers populated with the adequate information?

ok
Right click on the user and select properties. Check the Telephone field .

@collinks2

I assume that you meant to answer one of the OPs post, not mine.

Thank you for your reply,

Yes this user have the adequate information of telephone number on AD.

Best regards

Please share screenshots of this from AD and from the end user object in CM.

Sorry , i don't have the screenshots of this from AD , because it's handled by my customer .

I only have access with the cucm

Best regards

Is it totally impossible for you to ask your customer for this information?

Response Signature

FYI Even if you do not have access to the normal AD admin tools you can use an LDAP browser to access AD and look at the details for all fields of an individual user account.

Thank you for your return .

How can i accees with this ldap browser , i need a credentials ?

Best regards

Use the same credentials in the cucm ldap setting (the Base DN)
reference this link on how to connect to ldap server from a browser

https://www.ldapsoft.com/connectingtodirectorytutorial.html

I would have thought that this would be quite obvious. As @collinks2 wrote use the credentials that you use in CM for the LDAP directory connection.
