Hello, I'm evaluating Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance but I have some information on performance graphs that are not shown the right information, on E1 CAS Channel status, all channels are shown as idle, and I'll like to know what could be wrong with this or if some configuration could be missing to graph this data. Look at attached files.
Running CUCM version 9.1.2.12900-11, configured as H323 with Voice Gateway.
CPC Assurance version 10.5.0.49471(51383), patch version 1 installed
Any help that could help will be appreciated.

Hello Aman, that's a good point cause on router that command it's not enabled, voice gateway running version 15.3(2)T1, maybe I'll need to upgrade router to version 15.4.x, don't you think??
Thanks for your quick comment.

Config seems to be OK.
Under Device Work Center, what is the status of VG [Managed/UnManaged]?

Hello Aman,
The status of VG is MANAGED, and yes using SNMP. I can see active calls information, dial-peer usage, etc. but the channel status, route group utilization and E1 status, also E1 channel status, there is no information shown.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Juan,
No table to find the exact cause .I tried searching bugs but not sure whether it is related to our issue since it for HCS.

Thanks Aman for the effort you're doing, I delete VG from CPCA and add it again, but the same, I don't get any change.
I can't received support from TAC cause I'm evaluating the software, I have an evaluation license with no contract, so they don't give me support.
Thanks again for your time.

I forgot to mention that con E1 controller, I'm defining timeslots as ds0-group, not as pri-group, could be this configuration the cause??

This could be the cause.
Just try that. Also, which browser u are using ?If possible, try IE if Mozilla is being used.
Further, whencall is active , just run show isdn service in router and then, check status in Prime.

Just to be mention, we´re looking for isdn commands but it's not configured using that protocol, should be listed on E1 CAS where with command ´show call active voice compact´ can see timeslots used and active calls, don't you think I'll have to see channel status as it is??
I'll try with your recommendation upgrading IOS version at night.
