Hi Guys,
Recently was just utilising RTMT to monitor my deployment. One of the alert that I set was CriticalServiceDown. The alarm keeps sending me alert since some of the services are down (I know this is expected). The services are Cisco XCP Directory Service, Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager, Cisco XCP Message Archiver, and Cisco XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manage. As far as I remember, I disabled the services because I do not user Jabber chat on my deployment.
How can I edit the critical service definition? So the RTMT does not keep sending me the alerts. Thank you.

Unfortunately you cannot edit which specific services you want defined as a Critical Service within RTMT. However if you have some sort of syslog server (ex. IR Prognosis) you can send all the alerts there and then have that tool filter out what you want alerted on.

Hi Andrew,
I have Splunk and Cisco Prime Assurance and Analytics. Does those services do the same job as IR Prognosis?
