All of a sudden I'm unable to access the GUI of my CUIM&P using the admin account. The same credentials work for the CLI strangely enough.
Haven't been able to find much online pertaining to this. Anyone else run into this issue?

Hi ,
What is the version of CUCM & IMP?
The GUI and OS credentials are different. was this working before ?

The versions are:
CUCM 11.0.1.21900-11
IM&P 11.0.1.11900-4
I was previously able to access both the GUI & CLI using the same credentials until a few days ago. The GUI error I'm getting is 'Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password'.
I recently inherited this system so am on a steep learning curve for all things collaboration but this seems like an oddity.

Are u able to login using the same IMP GUI credentials in Call Manager since both need to be same ?

Turned out to be a non-technical issue. The documentation I inherited was incorrect.
