I have deployed a CUCM solution with CUAC for operators. The devices are a mix of 7962+7915 module (SCCP), 7821 (SIP) and Third Party Gigaset SIP phones.
I have installed the Gigaset phones as Third-Party SIP Device (Basic).
The thing is I can monitor the Gigaset SIP devices from 7915 BLF buttons correctly. But from CUAC client only I can monitor the Cisco Phones. The SIP Devices have a red cross and unavailable state.
There is any way to fix this or it is a incompatible issue?
