I just installed CUAC Standard version 11.0 and noticed that the IM status isn’t working for any of the users. The CUACS logs show that it’s using username@domain.com as the IM address when querying statuses, but the customer is using mail@domain.com for their IM addresses (jabber-config.xml is configured and Jabber clients are working fine). Is there a way to “tell” CUACS to use mail@domain.com as the IM address?
