Hi All,
We have a CUCM version 10.5 and need to get a certificate installed on there so when end users browse to https://name-of-cucm/ucmuser/ we don't get any cert errors.
We've already obtained a certificate from a 3rd party so wouldn't need to generate a CSR using the CUCM Certificate Management section.
Our question is how can we just import a certificate created externally to CUCM to use it on tomcat.

You can't upload a certificate and private key for CUCM to use :-(
You have to use the CSR that CUCM generates and get that signed.
This is one of the reasons why CUCM doesn't support wild-card certificates :-(
