CUCM 11.5 7941 firmware upload issue

We have migrated a customer from CME to CUCM.  The existing firmware on the phones is SCP41.8-04SR2 and default for CUCM is SCCP41.9-4-2SR2-2S.   I am attempting to upgrade the phones to 8.5(2) to allow the upgrade to default on CUCM.  I have attempted to install the 8-5-2 cop.sgn file but receiving that attached error.

Hi Joe,

I believe you are hitting the bug shown below due to the fact that CUCM 11.0 and later only accept k3-.cop files (which the 8-5-2 files are not signed with);

I just discovered that bug...I am in the process of uploading the files to the TFTP server...question is what exact files need to be uploaded.  The term41/61 default loads are already there...I am afraid to overwrite the existing one.
