Hey. I got CUCM 11.5 License bin file. But cannot upload license to CUCM portal

The very first thing to mention is that version 11.X has reached its End of Life (EOL). It is crucial to upgrade to the latest version, which is version 14 or 15.
Regarding your question, it has been quite some time since I worked with version 11.X. Do you have the correct file generated based on the request file exported from the PLM (?
Instead of extracting the file and using the binary (bin) format, try working with the ZIP file you downloaded. Try to upload the ZIP file.
Could you explain your scenario why you need to upload the license file now.

Where did you get the .bin file? Was it from the Cisco Licensing portal demo licenses, or did you get it from someplace else?
