CUCM 12.5.1 - Restoring from Backup - Platform Administration Username

We are restoring from backup and our App Password and Admin OS Passwords are different.  When rebuilding the server it asks for the Administrator Login Configuration which says Enter the Platform administration username and password.

We are not sure if it is asking for the CUCM Administration or the OS Admin/DRS username and password.

That would be the OS admin user and password.
