Dear community,
I found two old CUCM 5.x server in the warehouse. I can login into the CLI+SSH, but I can not login into Callmanager Administration Website.
I tried to utils reset_ui_administrator_password, but I not able to login into web. I tried the admin, Admin, administrator, Administrator as user, but still says Logon failed.
The 2 server in cluster (publisher and subscriber).
How can I log into the webpage?
Thanks
Norbert

Is "utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name" available on your CUCM as I don't recall if this was available in version 5?

Take a look at the password recovery steps here:
