CUCM 8.6 Backups Not working

When the backups were setup everything worked.  I checked later and I'm getting this when checking the status:

"Unable to send network request to master agent. This may be due to Master or Local Agent being down."

All services are running.

Any ideas?

Based on another post I restarted the DRF services and now it's working.

No. Restarting DRF services does not impact users.

Followed your suggestion and it worked for me. DRS worked immediately after services restart at publisher (DRF Local and DRF Master). Thanks!
