I need to have an exec's line ring on his secretaries phone. Is it as simple as adding the exec's DN to the secretaries device on Line1? IE can a DN exist on two devices at the same time?

Hi there,
Yes, it's really as simple as that :) When you add the exec's line (probably on Secretary Line 2 or other....not 1) it becomes a "shared line" and can be answered on either and put on Hold etc.

Apart from the useful info provided by Rob ( +5 ) , please check the IPMA shared line feature as described in the following link
