Last time I configured IPhones in CUCM with IPs addresses provided by the router but unfortunately because of same failure we setup the router again and now the Phones got others IPs different with I've registered before in CUCM. Resuming How can I update CiscoPhoneIP addresses in CUCM without delete. Thanks in advance.
As long as there's IP reachability between the phones and cucm, there's nothing else you need to do. CUCM doesn't care about which DHCP address is assigned to which phone.
