CUCM Answer file generator outputting html not xml.

Hello,

I am trying to create an answer file for touch-less cluster installation. I am running into the issue that when using the AFG when you click download it will open a new window with plain text. I am following the instructions to view the page source but that is in HTML as well.  I have tried the methods in this post (https://community.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/cucm-installation-answer-file/td-p/3777704) with no luck.

When following this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWXiRbQHwVU&t=962s) theirs will open a window with the .xml format there ready to be copy into notepad++. I also tried to use the work around in the youtube video comments but there is no xml tab.

When looking at the page source with html I can't even find anything that would resemble the .xml examples I have seen. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
