Hello Cisco Community,
we have the following problem at our Cisco Call manager. We have a cluster of three CUCM running 12.5. The publisher has every morning at 7:00 AM a 100% CPU spike (even on saturdays and sundays) which lasts for around 30 minutes, then nothing until the next day.
I don't believe there are recurrent jobs starting at that time. How can I investigate which can be the cause of these spikes and if they are normal or not?

Hi @b.winter , thank for your suggestion. I had checked for a backup job but I didn't for the AD sync. I think this is mostly probably the source of the problem. I changed the hour for the sync and tomorrow I will see if it actually was that or not.
