Hoping someone has the easy fix to this one, although I cannot see this in the support forum previously.
I have a jabber client user (Windows) who sees all externally initiated calls to the line group they are a member of as their own name, rather than the originating Caller ID. All internal calls notify as per the directory, and the user handset displays the correct incoming caller ID. Checking with other members of the line group, they are the only user to experience this issue throughout the organisation.
I have attached a screen grab of the client.
CUCM version 10.0.1.11900
Any advise on what setting I am missing / have incorrectly configured for this user would be greatly appreciated.
