CUCM on VMware workstation

Hi,

During installation CUCM on vmware workstation I faced this critical error:

The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance report the following information to your provider.

Command "/opt/cisco/install/bin/pmNormalizeGeneric/etc/opt/cisco/install/component_install_cmd-list" has exceeded timed threshold of 3600 seconds

The system will now halt

How can I complete this installation properly

VMWare workstation is not supported for UC applications. Are you doing this in a lab? Did you use the Cisco provided OVA template to stage the VM, or at least did you match the parameters?

Yes, I doing it on my Labtop, and I didn't use the OVA template, and I create new VM and edit the parameters.

Use the OVA. I have never had trouble with VMWare workstation when using the OVA.
