Could you please let me know what are the supported or compatible Polycom Conference phone models with CUCM (Cisco Call Manager) version 9.1.2.10000-28?

There's no native support for polycom endpoints, they have to be configured as SIP 3rd party endpoints.

Jaime is correct, I have configured many Polycom phones as third party endpoints. Outside of published limitations such as (no CUCM failover, no SRST support, no phone services, etc, etc) they work fine on any version of CUCM supporting 3rd party SIP phones.

Hi there,

I have a customer who formerly uses his Polycom Soundstation 2 on an analog port if a Siemens Hipath PBX. Now he has a CUCM 10.x with a VG310. Now the conference key (three man symbol) doen´t work any more. The CUCM doesn´t recognize the pressed key.

Any ideas`?

Hi Frank, are you using SCCP for the analog VG?  If you're using MGCP, it does not support conferencing.
