Hi everyone,
I have Skype for Business connected to CUCM via SIP trunk, all works fine,
My question is : is direct video call from SfB to SIP phone (9971) is possible on this SIP trunk, in theory or have anyone configured it.
I couldn't really figure this question out.
I've checked this but video wasn't tested (https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise/interoperability-portal/cucm-12-5-skype-business-2019-tls-appnote-v1-2.pdf)
Much appreciated.

I would suggest a POC by making a test video call..

Hi Nithin,
Obviously I made a test video call, it goes only voice, video button in SfB client not activated

As you wrote this “I've checked this but video wasn't tested” it’s not very obviously that you tested video calls.

Perhaps it was poorly expressed, The attached Cisco document doesn't include video call since it wasn't tested in the instruction mentioned, as for me, I've tested video capabilities between two (9971) SIP phones, it worked, 9971 - to - SfB (not working).

Asper the document you shared, not even Cisco tested the video. And asper your last reply video button on sfb is not getting activated. So I feel like it’s not supported.
