Hi,
Simple question, how to I get a hold of upgrade files for a CUDAC 8.0.0.5 installation toward 8.0.3.9 or higher?
We are having BLFI issue juste like discused here
https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3228786#3228786
Seems like ARC solutions are in charge of CUEAC and cisco supports CUDAC and CUBAC ??? I could not find any documentation on the upgrade process, the licensing consideration for an upgrades or the files themselves.
does it require a TAC ?
Any information to give me a starting point would be apprecieated.
thanks.

Hi Robin,
The steps seem to be listed here
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmac/arc/cubdacag851x.pdf
Under the section;
Downloading, Updating and registering software
Cheers!

The document Rob is referencing is the best thing you could use. I just came over from the R&S side of the house to Voice and I just did an upgrade of our CUEAC server from 3.1.1 to 8.6.2 and I followed those steps outlined in that document. It went pretty good, the only thing I had a problem with was some of my CTI ports didn't register and I opened up a case with TAC and they fixed it for me.
