CUE ports wont register after IOS upgrade

CUE ver 8.6.11  - Ports wont register to CUCM.

Upgraded voice gateways IOS to 15.6(3)M8

CUE is up and I can get to GUI,  did a Save configuration, did a Reload.

Upgraded IOS at 4 locations,  2 of them came back up with no issue on ports registering (without having to do a Reload),  2 of them came back up but ports not registering.

Any ideas or suggestions ?

issue resolved ... hate to admit this ... I did not realize that the day before the IOS upgrade the password for the jtapi user (application user) in CUCM for the CUE had expired  and only thing needed was the pswd change.
