CUEAC 10.5 Standard - Unable to Login

Richard Simmons

Hi All,

I am installing CUEAC 10.5 Standard and have followed the guide here;

http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmac/cuacs/10_5_1_SR1/install_admin_guide/CUACS1051SRGUIDE.pdf

I have created the application user and assigned the correct groups as described in the document. I have also associated the end user with the phone and both the phone and UDP with the application user.

When i try to login i get the following error;

The extension you entered is invalid. Please contact your system administrator to obtain a valid extension for this application.

Thanks in advance,

Richard

Hi Aman,

Thanks for the prompt response, turns out i had missed 'Standard CTI Enabled' from the access control group - login now works.

Have you created the access group and added all of the roles? once you've done that you need to ensure the user is assigned to the group.
