CUEAC Blind Transfers receive Invalid Destination

When attempting to blind transfer calls from an external source to an external destination, we receive "Invalid Destination".  We can, however, do a consult transfer without issue.  Calls are coming in and going out a pair of SIP Trunks to the PSTN.  Verified CSS are correct and have no issue dialing out.  Any Ideas?

CUEAC Version: 9.0

CUCM Version: 8.6

What CSS did you verify?

When doing transfers CUAC does a "redirect", which means it is going to use the CSS of orignating device (Gateway). Make sure the CSS of the gateway has the correct access.

The CTI CSS is what I verified.

So the Inbound CSS on the SIP Trunk needs to have the ability to dial out?

That's correct, the call gets redirected from the original destination not the currently active device, therefore the SIP Trunk is what needs the access.

This is changing in V9.1 which is set for release in late April where it will use the current active device CSS.

Thanks, That fixed it.
