Hi,
I have just installed CUEAC 8.6, integrate with CUCM 8.6, everything looks fine, but non of the call in queue can be answer using client, answer button just grey out, tried clicking and also shortcut keys.
The call come from any of the extension number in the same CUCM, same CSS and PT setting. CTI template also using the same setting. currently i'm run out of idea where i could set it wrongly. Appreciate to give me some clue, thanks.

Are you dialing the CTI Route Point of the queue directly or are you dialing an external number from the internal phone?

Is the operator's phone associated with the CUEAC application user?

I have this same issue, does the operators phone need to be associted with the CUEAC application user?

I had a VERY similar issue a couple of days ago. In my case, my operator phone has a 10-digit extension. However, I had CUEAC configured (User Config -> General Properties) "Maximum internal device digit length" set to four. I also had an external access code of "9". So CUEAC thought I was transferring off-net and was prepending a 9 - and hence the CTI transfer from the queue to the operator phone failed.
Not saying this is your issue, but I had the EXACT same symptoms. Call would arrive in the queue like everything was fine, but the operator could not answer the call. Check that setting to make sure it is set higher than or equal to your operator DN digit length.
If that doesn't do it, check out this similar thread:

Good luck!
