Hi Support,
We are looking to upgrade our Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console to Cisco Unified Advanced Attendant Console. Does anyone know if we can migrate user licenses from CUEAC to CUACA under SWSS using PUT or are new licenses required?

Yes, you should be able to see the license under PUT if you have active support.
