Hello all,
We have a user who was using CUPC working from home yesterday and today when he came in he is unable to use the cupc phone function, he can use the IM on CUPC. When we look at the server status and notifications tab it reads "A device initialization error has occurred. Invalid credentials. [801]". This error dated and time stamped for this
morning. We have already changed his End User password and had him logout and login again, this didn't resolve the issue. I have also dissassociated the cupc device from his end users profile, then rebooted and re-associated the device to his end user profile, still no good.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
Please let me know.
Thank you.
Rgds,
Vicky
