CUPC login time issue

Hi Team,

We have CUPC installed in particular Network and this server is getting more time while login than usual time.required details regarding this given below,

partcode: MCS-7845-I3-IPC1

version:8.0.4.10000-5

time taking: one and half minutes now to login

useual time: 30 seconds while login

Plesae suggest us on this.

This kind of issues can be investigated only by checking the detailed CUPC troublereport

Does your hardware meet the minimum requirements as they are documented in the CUPC release notes ?
