DataBase communication error on subscriber

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with logging into the VM CUCM subscriber. It's worth mentioning that the CUCM Sub was functioning properly before an electric interruption occurred on the hardware appliance.

The error message I am encountering is "Database Communication Error."
