I am facing issues with CUCM/CUC PIN synchronization. CUCM version is 11.5.1.12900-21 and CUC is 11.5.1.12900-21.
Gone through the configuration like this too posts.
But the problem is whenever I am trying to save the Enable End User PIN synchronization, the tick is not applying and still get not saved.

Did you create the same end user name in both systems?
If using self-signed certificates, did you exchange them?

Hi to all facing the same issue.
I got this too, with CUCM version 12.0.1.22900-11 and could solve it in this way:
Just delete the application server, add it again and this worked for me. :)
