Have you tried freeFTPd? Below is a link to the download page.

I use Bitvise and it works well. Make sure to create a virtual account in bitvise on the box where your backups are going and also make sure account 'bitvise ssh server' has access to the folder the backups are going to. When setting up the bitvise server only allow access to allow file transfer.

Left field thought here, but is it possible that your Publisher (and not the SFTP server) is running out of disk space in one or more of the partitions? Just wondering if DRS can't create the temp backup files as there isn't enough space. Have you checked the space available?

How to check the space ?  as the server is live  and cant take it down. i also wants to know about the complete steps to addd a cluster as a subsriber. please help

Hi Muhammad

"Show status" from the Putty session will give you a very quick view of how much space you have on some of the partitions.

RTMT will give you a lot more information

This document covers adding a subscriber to an existing cluster
