Hi Faisal,
As per the screenshot attached, it seems you are running out of licenses. You need to check the license usage on your PLM server.
Refer to the guide below:

Hi Assem,
Thanks for response reply.
When I go to Cisco Prime License Manager the message "Cisco Prime License Manager was removed from this server by the system administrator on Tue Aug 4 21:26:10 PDT 2015. If you require further assistance please contact the system administrator. " appears. Why?

Hi Faisal,
How many servers do you have in your CUCM cluster and how many in Unity, PLM can be co-resident with any server.

Hi Faisal,
Can you please login to CLI of PLM and verify if the PLM service is running? You can use the command " Utils service list"

Hi,
First you need to find out which server is acting as your PLM? Is the CUCM, CUC or you have a dedicated PLM?
If you are not sure of your PLM then do a SSH session using putty first to CUCM and then CUC and run the command "run sql select * from licenseserver". The server which gives you an output will be your PLM server.
