Once SP2 is installed on the Exchange 2003 Partner servers do we have to install SP2 on the Unity 4.05 boxes or can it wait for a later date?

You will need to install SP2 on the Unity boxes at the same time to update the Exchange tools. The version on the Exchange server and the version on the Unity server need to match.

Hi -

If you will be administering users with Exchange System Manager on the Unity server that have mailboxes on the Exchange 2003 partner, I would apply SP2 on Unity at the same time. That is the recommendation (both Microsoft and Cisco). If I recall, it doesn't even require a Unity reboot. Ginger
