Hello,
I hope yos are doing well ,
I have a cisco phone 8851 registered on cucm with active Load ID: sip88xx.14-1-1-0001-125 and connected on two Expansion module CP-8800 :
The pohone is logged on Extension mobility with the same Phone Button Template : 76 button BLF
Text lines are displayed correctly on the extension module , but when I add a new on from line 41, it will not show on the extension module.
Do you have any idea for this problem ?
Thank you in advance
Best regards

So, you're saying that the speed dials you add after 41 (from 41-76) don't appear on the expansion module? I hope you're aware of the page buttons on the module. Even after pressing the page button, these speed dials are not visible?
I've never seen this behavior before. One last question: is the second module turned on?

Thank you @Nithin Eluvathingal for your reply ,
Yes the speed dials after 41 (from 41-76) don't appear on the expansion module
Even after pressing the page button, these speed dials are not visible.
The second module turned on.
Each modules have a 28 buttons in total 56 buttons .
I can register text line dirctely from modules on line 41 when I press a speed dial key on the key expansion module for at least 2 seconds I have the ability to add and see the lines displayed on the module ,but not from cucm page.
For info i disabled Power Negotiation on the phone page , but when i enable it the modules do not turn on
Best regards

On the device profile, are speed dials 41-76 listed under unassigned associated items? If so, they won't be visible

With the same phone button template on the base phone and the EM profile, what happens when you program Line 42 on the base phone? If you configure it via CUCM, does it appear on the KEM? If you configure it on the KEM, does it appear in CUCM?
As @Nithin Eluvathingal asked, when looking at CUCM do the BLFs past 41 on the base phone (not the EM profile) appear in the "Add-on Module(s)" section or under the "Unassigned Associated Items" section?
I am puzzling out in my head the fact that the CP-8800 has 14 buttons for a total of 28 lines per KEM while the CP-BEKEM has 18 buttons for a total of 36. With the base phone having 5 buttons (in Session Mode) if you add the BEKEM lines you get 36 + 5 = 41. Since you are having issues starting with the programming of Line 42, is it possible something is confused between the two KEM models?

What I meant was: Your post said that when the EM Profile logs into a phone with the KEMs, that the BLFs don't show up on the phone. My question was about the host phone when an EM Profile is not logged in. Does it show the same behavior with regards to the Speed Dials starting at 42?
Also: What version of CUCM are you running?
