On some of my Expressway servers (12.5.x) I see the following message on the console:
INIT: Id "c3" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes.
Google & Bugtrack aren't too helpful and rebooting doesn't resolve the issue.
Has anyone else seen this?

Hello,
Are you facing any issue due to this?
i also tried google but did not find except your post :-)
Better to open a TAC case with the issue probably they will check with BU and will advise back.
Thanks

I also had this issue. Cisco Tac said is a bug when the Expressway is built without a serial port. Not sure why the ova didn't include it but that what they told me.

I solved the issue. I stopped the VMs Expressway-E and C and add a serial port 1 as "Use output file" with "Connect at power on" checked. After starting the VMs the error didn't appear any more.

I can confirm that this is caused by not having a serial port on the VM. We got the explanation from TAC that this is specific to ESXi v >6 and not having a serial port on the VM. It's a cosmetic bug and won't affect the service. If you'd like to get rid of it you'd need to shutdown the VM and add a serial port to the configuration.
