I am trying to find basic info about what these two versions offer. I am not a tech person just a user of the program, so all the technical information is not as helpful to me.
I am trying to compare the version we currently use (10.5) to version 11 and 11.5 to see if it would be worth upgrading to one of them.
Is there a link to a product page or something that would give me a high-level overview of the features of these two products?

Hi,
Basically you need to check for release notes of every version to see new features, like the one below for 11.0 version

Adding to what Manish said, UCCX 11.5 is scheduled to release shortly and then the Release Notes for that will also be updated in the link provided by Manish. After going through the Release Notes of both UCCX 11 and 11,5, you can then decide which version to upgrade. You should also be referring to UCCX Compatibility Matrix in order to find if upgrade to 11.5 will be directly supported or not from 10.5 once that is also updated:
