Hi
We have the Service Parameter "Forward No Answer" timer set to 21 secs.
There is a DN which is configured for a group of users at location A. When the call is "Unanswerend" the call forwards to another set of users at location B.
The ask is to forward the unanswered calls in 15 secs. If I set the "No Answer Ring Duration" in the DN page to 15 secs will it take precedence over the Service parameter mentioned above and forward calls to the Location B in 15 secs instead of 21 secs?

Yes, if you set No Answer Ring Duration that has precedence than the service parameters.
For service parameter to take affect keep No Answer Ring Duration blank.
