Generate Report of the configuration has been made for period of time

I need to generate report for the task has been done like add new IP phone , integration and so on  in CUCM for period of time like 3 months as example , if there is feature like this , how can i do it

Not a report, all you can get to review are the Cisco Role-based security traces if they're configured

There is no native function for this in CM. There are 3:rd party tool that can do this. Uplinks has one for example, for more information see this link.
