Hi all good day;
I have a weir issue, let me try to explain:
the telephone system infrastructure is: PSTN -- cisco gateway 4331 -- CUCM v9.1 -- Cisco hardphone/softphone
in gateway there is incoming dial-peers, translation rules, dial-peer to route call to CUCM
the translation rule are:
voice translation-rule 100
rule 1 /^9550/ /4150/ ###Work perfectly###
rule 2 /^95/ /41/ ###Work perfectly###
rule 4 /^91/ /40/ ###Work perfectly###
rule 5 /^9940$/ /4046/ ###Work perfectly###
when testing those rules i got the translation correctly

So far everything is fine, the issue comes when i want to get the call in the Directory number in CUCM.
for some reason that i cant find yet CUCM is getting the call to 4130 or 4146 instead 4030 or 4046

apparently gateway is translating the call to the corresponding Directory number and sending this to CUCM but whatever i done in CUCM the call is hitting the incorrect range of number (4130, 4146)
I check Translation rule, route pattern, CSS, route partition, but non of this have any or something weir to route the call to those number (41xx).
any ideas on what next to check or need to add/change, ill be appreciate.

Not to long ago you asked about translation rules in your gateway and you got advice on how to change them. AFAICT you have not made any of these changes. Please do this and then do a DNA with the SIP trunk or whatever control protocol you use for your voice gateway to see what happens in CM for it to route to the wrong number.

I had the issue you mentioned but that issue was fixed adding the corresponding dial-peer for the new pattern

now the GATEWAY knows where to route the call when calling to DID number i checked with a debug and it is working correctly in gateway. The issue now comes when CUCM get the call.
About the DNA i used to trace calls but when someone call from the Directory Number, i'm not sure if i can use the same tool to track the call coming from the gateway, searching this but no look.

What I remember is you had two block on number. can you explain a bit more about this issue, 4130 or 4146 instead 4030 or 4046, with which block you expect 4130 or 4146 to ring 95 or 91?
can you share the dial-peer configurations and complete translation rules on your gateway.
As @Roger Kallberg mentioned Run DNA for gateway/trunk and see the call flow.

block 95XX now hit successful to 41XX DN
block 91XX and 99XX should hit 40XX DN
the block 95XX was there since years ago but recently we add a new set of 2 blocks to extend our DID range for users, here is the weir issue:
no matter what number i dialed XXX-XXX-91XX or XXX-XXX-99XX gateway translate to corresponding DN 40XX but when i get the call in my hardphone or softphone i got to 41XX DN, event having 40XX and 41XX. if I deleted the DN 41XX and dial the call never hit my 40XX DN, i got a message that the call cannot complied cos the user is out of service.

I can see voice translation rules, but what's your translation profile and where did you applied the profile .
You need to do a DNA selecting gateway and called number as 40XX. the DNA result which you shared is for outgoing calls.

You DNA looks good.
I requested Debug isdn q931 to see the called number which ISP sending. But the details you shared is sh voice call. and it says there is an active call to 4049.

Also I have requested you to share the voice-port configuration to see if any translation applied.

those lines are the result of that debug, and yes router get, translate and send the call correctly as i say in the beggining, the issue comes when the call is received for CUCM and rings in the other DN range (41XX).

@Adrián Moran That is not the debug that @Nithin Eluvathingal is asking for. What he asked for is “debug isdn q931”. Apart from that I would recommend you to also turn on “debug voip ccapi inout”. Make sure you have turned off all other debugs first buy “u all”.
Before doing any of this please make sure that you have concluded all of the suggested changes.
