I have my voice domain (unity is dc) and a lab domain that I have created a two way trust...the tust is verified both ways...I still get an error trying to give a user in the lab domain access to a subscriber..."D:\CommServer>grantunityaccess -u EBZLAB\csi.voice -s TAvaya10313
Could not get SID for user EBZLAB\csi.voice
The operation completed successfully.
Failed getting SID for NT user csi.voice.
Logfile generated: D:\CommServer\Logs\GrantUAccess_47ece873.txt
-- Operation FAILED --"
I have found other post that give links to the two domain setup..but the links are broken...does anyone have a reference I can use...
Here is the log file...

Follow up:
I am now able to get the grantunity access to work...I am able to login to ciscopca with the credentials of the corp domain...but now the message lenght is 0 and it states it is not able to get to the media server...i have checked the options and it has the correct server (ip or name) and ext.
I have granted the user full mail box rights to the unity user's mailbox but still no success...
