is it possible to block all inbound PSTN calls for a specific user?

the closest solution was to block a specific PSTN number (and repeat same for other marketing callers) ... but that's not sustainable anymore.

If it is CM you have you could move the directory number to a partition that is not visible in the calling search space used for inbound calls from PSTN. That way no one would be able to call to this number from the PSTN.
