Hey everyone,
I have been searching for awhile now, and can't seem to find any good documentation on this. We have Exchange 2010, and Cisco Unity 7.1.3. I am wondering if there is a way to get voice messages left for a user delivered to their exchange inbox? Not notifications, but the voice message. We have a lot of issues with having Outlook setup to check exchange email and adding an IMAP account, so I am hoping to be able to bypass that setup.
I dont know a whole lot about this Cisco product yet.
Thanks,

Hello,
For the 7.1 version I suggest you might look at the following:
http://ciscounitytools.com/Training/Connection/CUC7_11.html
Specifically look at the Power Point and Training Video for 'Message Accept and Forwarding Features'.
This sounds like what you might want.
Also in 8.5 there is Single Inbox which you might be interested in the future:

Please take a look at these as I believe these will cover features you might be interested in.
Thanks,
Scott
