How to determine what/which causes the insufficient license in cucm license usage

How to determine what/which causes the insufficient license in cucm license usage? Is it in the PLM under license usage? Or in the cucm under system>licensing>license usage report? And is there also a way to know what is the cause of that license type to be insufficient? Thanks

Yes, you can find from PLM under license usage detail..here you will get to know which type of devices are configured more than number of available licenses.

You can check the same only  in PLM.

Further to know the reason, u can check the same in PLM---Licenses--License Usage -Table View  . The Table view would show Required/ Installed/Available/Status.

the status would show "IN COMPLIANCE or INSUFFICIENT LICENSES".

You can also view under Chart View which would give Loan and Borrow Status with Colors.After u keep the mouse on Bar, you would get number of licenses  Loaned  or Borrowed.
