Can you add IM&P and CUC to the System Tabs shown here in Alert Central to be able to configure and monitor?
No. You’ll need to have multiple instances running if you want to actively see information from multiple sources simultaneously. However you should know that you actually do not need to run RTMT anywhere if all you want to get is any alerts that the system might trigger once you have configured the alerts to send an email when triggered.

The reason I asked is because I actually saw someone had this setup as seen below. Not sure If I mislead you with the initial question.
IMP is apart of the CM cluster, so that would be visible when you connect RTMT with a CM or IMP node.
It's done automagically when you have IMP as part of the CM cluster. AFAIK there is nothing that you'd do in RTMT for this.
