how to move assigned users to a difference cup server in a cluster???

recently i discovered that new jabber users im creating arent working , i invistigated and i found that all new users are being assigned to the secondary cup server which isnt active or primary but im at a loss on how to move assigned users from one cup to another to assign them back to the active cup???

You need to check the Balanced Mode option.
