hi
i have an ios gateway on which my isp sip is terminated and cucm is linked to this ios gateway via sip trunk.
while i can check with network guy to see if the connectivity is ok between cucm and the ios gateway but how can i test and verify if ip phones connected to my cucm are being routed via this. i have a route pattern that will route traffic to this gateway from cucm. but in debugs ccsip all i cant see any hit and calls are not proceeding.
and in rtmt session trace is giving below error. any guidance will be greatly appreciated

From what I can see you’re not using SIP option ping in your gateway. If you did you would have information in the Keepalive column.

this is enabled on the sip profile that is being used by the trunk. so i see some messages in the wireshark ? are they related to this ?
is the cucm generating any sip traffic ? and service type is below on the trunk. also do i need to enable option sip ping from rotuer on the sip trunk?
Trunk Service Type | None(Default) |

Based on what you ask and how it seems like you’re out of your area of expertise here. You may want to consider getting help from a reputable system integrator Cisco partner with collaboration specialisation to get help with this.
What you’re sharing is configuration in CM and what I wrote is related to IOS configuration. Those two are different unrelated things.

In addition to what @Roger Kallberg and @Nithin Eluvathingal said - if you connect to your voice gateway via Telnet\SSH and try to see the output of any DEBUG commands, don't forget to launch terminal monitor command before any DEBUG commands. Otherwise you won't see any debug output, because the Cisco routers\gateways do not send it to Telnet\SSH CLI sessions.
