We are currently on CUCM 8.6.
We can see that direct calls from mobile to CIPC BO number is recorded in Verint but if the mobile calls the Hunt Group Pilot number and is answered on CIPC BO same number it is not recorded.
Is there anything need to be checked.

What recording method are you using Network Based or Using Phone Built In Bridge.

Hi Guys, our setup is passive recording, switch ports are forwarding traffic to Verint recorder. So adding hunt pilot in Verint will not work because it needs to get CTI event from a mac address of a device to record the call. So is there a way to record hunt pilot in Verint while using Passive Recording ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
